OneIndiana Property & Casualty LLC is a risk management firm that uses a hands-on approach to enhance the client experience. This nontraditional approach helps our clients understand financial concepts and dynamics, which then forms the foundation for a personalized road map that helps balance growth potential with the reduction of risk for their future.
We offer a wide variety of risk management products and services to provide these economic strategies for our clients, who include individuals, families, and business owners.

Brent Willett
Brent Willett is the Vice President of OneIndiana Property and Casualty, LLC, an independent risk management firm that pledges to provide a personal relationship with their clients.
Brent grew up in Monrovia, IN and is a graduate of the University of Evansville where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Upon the completion of college, Brent went on to earn his Doctor of Jurisprudence of Indiana University School of Law. Shortly after completion of Law School, Brent made the decision to serve his country and enlisted in the United States Army. While in the Army, Brent had the honor to serve this country overseas in Iraq, returning as a decorated Iraqi War Combat Veteran.
After his military service was over, Brent eventually moved back to Indiana and became an insurance Producer. In 2020, Brent was approached to head up OneIndiana Property and Casualty with the vision of providing a different experience when it comes to risk management wants and haves.
In his spare time, Brent serves on the Executive Board of the American Legion Post 145 as the Service Officer, is an avid sports enthusiast and, most importantly, spends as much time with his daughter as possible.
Drew Gore

Drew Gore is the proud Owner of OneIndiana Property & Casualty LLC, OneIndiana Tax & Accounting, OneIndiana Property & Casualty and is also the General Agent for the state of Indiana. Drew’s Firm comprises of a variety of Financial Planning help to the public and to their clients, including understanding and growing your investments, wealth accumulation, risk management, how to experience your money in retirement, transfer of money / estate planning, taxation, etc…
Drew grew up in Monrovia, IN on a farm and a graduate of the University of Evansville, where he was also a member of the Men’s Basketball Team. Upon graduation from college, Drew served as a financial advisor in Tampa, FL for MetLife and through great mentorship and success as an advisor, Drew transitioned into a leadership role, mentoring 20 advisors throughout the Tampa Bay region. From there, Drew and his wife Kim have always called Indiana home and moved back in 2009 to help lead Prudential throughout the state. Credit to the great mentors Drew had around him then and in his past, Drew built a successful team of advisors around the state of Indiana. In 2015, Drew fulfilled his dream of owning a Firm and partnered with based out of downtown Indianapolis. Since 2015, his Firm has grown to over 30+ advisors, 50+ brokers, won the President’s Trophy (Firm’s in 1-3 years) and the Dayton Molendorp Award (All Firms with based on recruiting and success of those new advisors and the help they are providing to their clients). Drew has served on multiple boards and currently serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the Alzheimer’s Association of Indiana, The Skyline Club Board of Governors and the University of Evansville Alumni Association.
Drew works diligently on providing the long-lasting positive experience and mentorship that the Firm’s advisors, client’s, and public deserve to have, when dealing with important financial planning or money decisions. Drew also coaches youth basketball in the Indianapolis community and loves mentoring and passing on knowledge he was so graciously given by his past coaches, throughout the years.
Drew lives in Zionsville with his wife Kim and their three children.
